
Let’s be real—while we love our little ones more than anything, those early years can be incredibly exhausting, especially when sleep is a struggle. Night wakings, early morning risers, navigating bed-sharing, and even the dreaded daylight savings shift can easily throw the whole family off balance. Plus sleep is fundamental for survival and developing brains.
When your child begins to sleep peacefully through the night and settle into long, restful naps during the day, everything starts to feel a little lighter. The household finds its flow again, and you’re able to reclaim small but meaningful moments for yourself—to rest, recharge, and enjoy the things that make you feel like you.

Before you hire me, you’ll schedule an initial (free) consultation where we’ll see if this is a good fit for you. We discuss your goals your child’s sleep habits and when you'd like to start.

Once hired, you fill out a detailed intake form so I can understand your child more.
With that, I create a personalized and comprehensive sleep plan which will help gradually guide you and help them settle into healthy sleep rhythms.

Then we schedule our "kick off" call! We'll go over the steps and address any questions/concerns you might have before you start.


Your child will be sleeping more and hopefully you will too.

This call is intended for families whose child(ren) already have healthy, independent habits and are seeking troubleshooting support. If your child is not yet able to fall asleep and/or return to sleep independently, the two-week sleep consultation package is strongly recommended for best results.
